In fact, the Procedural Guidelines allow a phase (such as, for example, bottling, in the case of wines) to be carried out in other parts of Italy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Uva_di_Puglia\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IGP PUGLIA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (also IGT Puglia) is the typical geographical indication &#8220;Puglia&#8221; reserved for different wines produced from grapes from the production area of Bari and province, BAT (Barletta &#8211; Andria &#8211; Trani), Brindisi, Foggia, Lecce and Taranto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means that under the acronym Indicazione Geografica Protetta Puglia are born white wines, also in the sparkling, overripe grapes and passito; reds, also sparkling, overripe grapes, passito and novello; ros\u00e8s also\u00a0 sparkling and new.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crifo dedicates 13 labels to Puglia IGP, among its different <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crifo.it\/en\/the-range\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lines<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: wines produced from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crifo.it\/en\/grape-varieties\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">autochthonous<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 and non-native grapes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are the native vines for Cantina Ruvo di Puglia:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/?p=3881\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nero di Troia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: autochthonous black-berried grape variety typical of the area, takes its name from its high polyphenolic content. It is a distinctly sweet aromatic grape variety. The resulting wine is straw-yellow in color, with a fragrant and musky flavor.
